Based on the latest information and decisions from the Australian government on the extension of the lockdown, VR PRODUCTIONS officially announces that the Festa Julina that would take place on 22/08 in Dee Why is cancelled.
The refund process will start on Friday 13/08 and may take up to 3 weeks to complete due to the large amount of transactions to be processed.
The amount to be refunded will be returned to the same original account from which the payment was made (credit card or PayPal account).
It’s important to remember that the refund will appear in your account under the name “MYGUESTLIST” (sometimes with the word “Refund” in front), so keep an eye out for these names when following your bank statement for the next few weeks.

O processo de reembolso começará na sexta-feira 13/08 e poderá levar até 3 semanas para ser concluído devido a grande quantidade de transações a serem processadas.
O valor a ser reembolsado retornará para a mesma conta de origem de onde o pagamento foi efetuado (cartão de crédito ou conta de PayPal).
É importante lembrar que o reembolso aparecerá na sua conta com o nome “MYGUESTLIST” (as vezes com a palavra “Refund” na frente), portanto fique atento a esses nomes ao acompanhar os seu extrato bancário nas próximas semanas.
