For security reasons our NEW YEAR’S BOAT PARTY 2022 had to be canceled due to the significant increase in the number of Covid cases.
The refund process will begin on Wednesday, 29/12 and may take up to 10 business days to complete.
The amount to be refunded will be returned to the same original account from which the payment was made (credit card or PayPal account).
It is important to remember that the refund will appear in your account under the name “MYGUESTLIST” and not “VR PRODUCTIONS”, so be aware of these names when following your bank statement for the next few days
We appreciate your understanding and hope that everyone is taking the necessary precautions to get through this difficult situation.
We will soon be together to celebrate special moments and create new memories.

O processo de reembolso começará na quarta-feira, 29/12 e poderá levar até 10 dias uteis para ser concluído.
O valor a ser reembolsado retornará para a mesma conta de origem de onde o pagamento foi efetuado (cartão de crédito ou conta de PayPal).
É importante lembrar que o reembolso aparecerá na sua conta com o nome “MYGUESTLIST” e nāo “VR PRODUCTIONS”, portanto fique atento a esses nomes ao acompanhar os seu extrato bancário nos próximos dias.
